Job Description
- Responsible for achieving the sales deliverables of the Technoparks team, from client prospecting and broker/seller management to preparation of contract to sell, and other related tasks to ensure account reservation and booking
- Ensure the generation of maximum profitability from sales transactions.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide Technopark updates, latest inventory, payment terms, and promos.
- Provide sellers’ assistance with lot viewing, from scheduling and admin endorsement to actual site presentation.
- Conduct site rounds and competitor scanning.
- Attend sellers’ assemblies, sponsorships, conferences, and other events related to Technopark sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with both clients and sellers.
