Duties/Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development – Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets (retail, corporate, property, construction, etc.)
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to maximise repeat business
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and needs assessments
- Promote the company’s full range of signage products and services
- Client Consultation & Solution Selling – Understand client branding, budget, timelines, and installation requirements; Recommend appropriate signage solutions (materials, finishes, illumination, installation methods); Advise clients on feasibility, compliance, and production constraints
- Manage client expectations regarding lead times, costs, and deliverables
