Job Description

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and improve the performance of our sales team in Uruguay. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, coaching, and implementing new sales models, helping our managers and sales reps reach their full potential.

Responsabilities:

  • Monitor the education progress of our sales reps
  • Ensure correct usage of our CRM system
  • Conduct coaching and feedback sessions to improve quality
  • Track KPIs and develop training strategies accordingly
  • Implement new sales models and follow up on team performance
  • Deliver live and online training when needed
  • Create reports to track progress and identify challenges

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or corporate training
  • Fluent Spanish (native level)
  • Fluent Russian or native-level English
