Job Description

1) Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base

2) Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

3) Drive primary and secondary sales

4) Ensure product availability across all key outlets

5) Appoint and manage distributors within the territory

6) Ensure effective stock availability and inventory control

7) Lead, train, and motivate Sales Officers / Sales Representatives

8) Set targets and monitor team performance

9) Conduct regular field visits and joint calls
