The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, promoting our services, closing sales and ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
*Generate sales leads and convert inquiries into confirmed shipments.
*Attend to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp and walk-ins.
*Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
*Resolve customer complaints and work -related issues professionally.
*Update customer records, track, and executive follow ups.
