Job Description
- Identify potential tenants, promote available rooms, and actively engage with prospective clients to convert inquiries into rental agreements.
- Customer Relationship Management: Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant needs, responding to inquiries, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the rental process.
- Lease and Contract Management: Assist in preparing rental agreements, explaining terms and conditions to tenants, and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time.
