Sales Representative

Job Description

• Identify and approach potential customers to generate sales leads
• Present and promote products/services to clients based on their needs
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Conduct market research to identify trends and new business opportunities
• Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments for business growth
• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (a plus)
