Job Description
Main Tasks
- Develop business relationships with PC IAM customers in the region to promote the sale of automotive parts in the IAM channel.
- Manage distributor/customer sales to achieve the planned budget, identify reduced performance and submit plans on how to achieve increased revenue to close the shortfall against budget.
- Communicate business potential from PC IAM customers within sales structure to create competitive product offering. Provide quotations and feedback to customers and facilitate the acceptance of such quotations.
- Provide competitor activity feedback and price benchmarks.
- Communicate with customer order placement internally and provide feedback to customers on availability.
- Communicate product introductions/changes to PC IAM network.
- Liaise internally with colleagues to resolve all technical queries/concerns related to products.
