Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis for customers to provide tailored solutions. Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
