- Arabic is essential, along with languages depending on customer profiles (Urdu, Bengali, etc.).
- Preferred industry background is FMCG sales, with some flexibility to include profiles from construction or related sectors.
- Desired candidate qualities include a hardworking attitude, strong direct selling capability, demo driven presentation skills, basic tech comfort, and resilient.
- Nationality mixes to include Saudis, Egyptians, Syrians, Palestinians, Indians, Pakistanis and Bengalis nationalities.
