Job Description

Responsibilities



  • Provide excellent customer service to members of AAP and other individuals seeking assistance by answering questions about products or services, processing orders and handling complaints.

  • Maintain relationships with current customers by providing them with product information and promotional offers.

  • Adhere to and meet set schedules, deadlines and quotas.

  • Accurately and efficiently encode all data; confirm that entered data accurately aligns with original documentation/requirements.

  • Perform administrative tasks such as greeting clients, answering phones, and scheduling appointments.

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

  • Perform any other office tasks as assigned by the AAP Main Membership Manager.
