- Represent the Company’s products and services (freight forwarding industry).
- Meet quarterly and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
- Grow account in all service categories.
- Review accounts to identify problems, proposed changes in schedule, rates, handling requirements, etc.
- Maintain working relationships with agents at the destination and other sales colleagues to exchange leads and work as a team to close business for the organization.
- Qualify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating the business probability.
- Research prospects and generate leads.
- Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
