Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Management, Retail Management, or a similar field.
- Master’s degree in a business-related discipline is an advantage.
- At least 5–10 years of significant retail industry experience and sales leadership roles.
- Proven history of managing large retail networks, driving sales performance, and optimizing store productivity is an advantage.
