What is it like to be a Sales Service Associate at Federated Insurance 

The primary focus of this role is to support our sales teams within an assigned territory. The role will be integral to the team success and contribute to the overall Sales success for Federated. A superb opportunity to take on a multi-faceted role with liaisons externally to our Federated client base as well as to key internal stakeholders.

Reviews policy/coverages with insureds to ensure they have a full understanding of their policies.
Provides counsel to clients and documents on areas where coverage deficiencies exist.
Responsible for the delivery of assigned client Renewals, as assigned.
Handles all service work related to coverages, additions, deletions, renewals, adjustments and modifications in a timely and efficient manner.
