STORE:Japanese Grocery
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and assist customers in a courteous and helpful manner.
- Provide product information, recommendations, and assistance with purchases.
- Operate the cash register or POS system to process sales, payments, and refunds.
- Stock shelves, arrange displays, and ensure products are properly labeled and priced.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or discrepancies to supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including shelves, counters, and storage areas.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new merchandise.
- Follow company policies on customer service, safety, and store security.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales and customer satisfaction goals.
