Sales Staff involves assisting customers, promoting products, and helping achieve store sales goals while maintaining excellent service and a welcoming shopping environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to members of AAP and other individuals seeking assistance by answering questions about products or services, processing orders and handling complaints.
  • Maintain relationships with current customers by providing them with product information and promotional offers.
  • Adhere to and meet set schedules, deadlines and quotas.
  • Accurately and efficiently encode all data; confirm that entered data aligns with original documentation/requirements.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as greeting clients, answering phones and scheduling appointments.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
