Salary Range : ₱30,000 - ₱35,000

The Role

The Sales Supervisor (Bakery and Dairy Ingredients) is responsible for overseeing and supporting a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets. This role involves coaching, training, and monitoring the performance of the sales team, as well as assisting in the development and execution of sales strategies.

Your Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of sales representatives.
• Set clear sales goals and objectives for the team.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.
