Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Sales Supervisor. The Sales Supervisor will oversee sales team operations, strategize to meet team and individual sales targets, provide team training, and ensure exceptional customer service. Primary responsibilities include analyzing sales performance, coaching team members, and ensuring company standards are consistently met.

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of proven experience in Sales, Business Development.
