Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales volume distribution and revenue targets.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Route Sales Representatives (RSRs) and Sales Executives to deliver business objectives.
  • Plan, optimize, and monitor sales routes and territory coverage to maximize productivity.
  • Conduct regular market visits with the sales team to drive performance and customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring prompt resolution of customer concerns.
  • Monitor sales performance, collections, customer aging, and ensure compliance with company credit policies.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities and provide recommendations to improve market share.
