Job Description
Responsible for the overall performance, motivation, and discipline of team members in order to meet corporate sales objectives of the company and to achieve customer satisfaction. Recommends tactical (such as but not limited to correct technical recommendation and pricing) and strategic directions to the Sales Manager that would effectively cater a professional and excellent level of customer service to the new and existing customers.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Accountable for achieving the monthly, quarterly and yearly team and individual targets by monitoring and supervising the sales engineers’ daily activities and outputs (such as prospecting, lead generation, product presentation, etc.) through regular WIG meetings.
