Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to Sales Operations and Deal Desk functions.
  • Manage and execute repetitive task support workflows with high efficiency and accuracy.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for complex Salesforce field inquiries, providing clear and actionable process guidance.
  • Collaborate effectively with diverse internal teams to ensure seamless sales support and operational alignment.
  • Assist Account Executives directly with sales-related queries and technical support, ensuring professional and direct interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working within Sales Operations or a Deal Desk/Support Desk function.
  • Prior experience in Sales operations or a deal desk environment.
  • Skilled in utilizing the Google and Microsoft Suites, along with strong technical skills in salesforce support/administration, basic SQL, and basic Tableau.
