Job responsibilities- Prepare presentation decks for sales team usage for client engagement
- Assist in gathering relevant information and documentation from clients and relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain service standards to develop and improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Ensure that all customer requests are handled in a timely and consistent manner
- Ensure that all transactions are in adherence to regulatory, compliance and internal audit requirements
- Support sales team to provide excellent service to high net‑worth clients to achieve client retention
- Partner customer, Business Support and service providers to ensure timely transaction processing and service delivery of customers’ requirements and enquiries
