Job Summary

You will manage customer communications, schedule installation and service jobs, handle invoice data entry, and support sales and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to incoming customer calls to address inquiries, complaints, and service requests
  • Schedule daily installation and service jobs efficiently for Technicians to meet customer needs
  • Collect daily job payments and ensure accurate financial tracking
  • Enter invoice details and payment information promptly and accurately into the CRM system
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
  • Deliver excellent customer service support by resolving issues and providing clear information
  • Participate in Roadshows and Exhibitions as required to support marketing and sales efforts
