Job Summary

A Sales’ Team Leader (Assistant Manager) supervises and provides clear guidance and direction to a group of Forex Account Officers (FAOs). They motivate, manage, and assist team members to achieve sales and metric goals.


Key Functions and Responsibilities:


Strategy Development

  • Assist with sales strategy development and implementation. This includes developing strategic sales plans that expands customer base and ensure the company maintains a strong presence in the industry.


Target Setting

  • A TL sets daily/weekly/monthly sales goals for his team. Determine and provide a clear target for the team and it’s members.


Performance Monitoring

  • Prepares and delivers sales reports to management. Also report on team member performance and mission related objectives.
