Job Description
Corporate team lead isa mid-level role that guides a working group toward specific goals by providing direction, delegating tasks, and mentoring members. Required for weekend blitzes and special events; 8 hours of work and will cover possible graveyard shift for BPO Accounts
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Team Achievement- measured by increased in team sim sold, activation vs total sellers
- Client Engagement: ensure sellers' production/ promo knowledge, SRA and handling after sales and complains.
- Sales Execution and Events: strictly monitoring and timely execution of confirmed events and participation, including all merch requirements and follow-up.
- Reporting and Documentation: consolidation and timely reports and documents for submission. Ensure weekly reporting to client to address issues and concern.
