Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Management:
- Lead mentor and inspire a team of real estate agents to achieve personal and team sales goals.
- Provide guidance support and training to team members to help them succeed in the real estate market.
- Monitor and track the team's performance ensuring that they meet or exceed sales targets, client satisfaction, and operational standards.
- Organize regular team meetings to discuss strategies, challenges, and market updates.
- Foster a positive collaborative and growth‑oriented team culture.
- Client Relations:
- Oversee and ensure that team members provide excellent customer service to both buyers and sellers.
- Assist clients in negotiating contracts, closing deals and navigating any complex issues.
- Act as a toptier negotiator managing high‑profile or high‑value transactions.
