Job Responsibilities

Coaching & Development

Training

  • Develop and update training materials and resources.

Performance Monitoring

  • Collaborate with sales managers to implement performance improvement strategies.

Motivation & Support

  • Inspire and motivate sales teams to achieve targets.
  • Act as a resource for resolving challenges in the sales process.
