Job Description

We are looking for a Salesforce Architect capable of reviewing high-level customer stories and enriching them with thorough technical notes for the team within the CCaS (Contact Center as a Service) Migration project.

In this position, you will be instrumental in defining the technical backbone of the solution and steering the team through intricate implementation hurdles. You will partner closely with stakeholders and engineering colleagues to make sure delivery stays aligned with business priorities and architectural principles.
