Required Skills & Experience
Experience supporting enterprise CRM systems –
Salesforce .
Experience with configuration/support of any of the following: Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud is a plus.
Experience utilizing enterprise ITSM / ticketing tool
Perform root cause analysis, analyze and identify fixes and/or enhancements for preventing issues, provide ideas for optimization across the system and Order Lifecycle within the systems
Knowledge of SQL and database queries, and trends in technology relating to software applications
