Job Description

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience supporting enterprise CRM systems – Salesforce .
  • Experience with configuration/support of any of the following: Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud is a plus.
  • Experience utilizing enterprise ITSM / ticketing tool
  • Perform root cause analysis, analyze and identify fixes and/or enhancements for preventing issues, provide ideas for optimization across the system and Order Lifecycle within the systems
  • Knowledge of SQL and database queries, and trends in technology relating to software applications
