Join Ross Video as a Salesforce and CPQ Systems Administrator in a hybrid remote role based in Nepean, ON. Enhance operational efficiency through your Salesforce and CPQ system expertise.
In this role, you'll be instrumental in enabling Ross Video’s marketing strategies by ensuring full functionality across Salesforce, Apttus, and other systems. You will troubleshoot issues, manage product setup, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve workflows. Furthermore, you will support the Sales team in overcoming challenges related to quoting and pricing.
Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy of product and pricing data in Salesforce
• Research and implement system improvements
