Overview
We are looking for an Expert Salesforce Developer to support large-scale projects and fundamental enhancements to a Service Cloud-based platform used as a central contact solution.
You will play a key role in evolving a case-centric Salesforce Service Cloud environment, integrating with multiple systems and supporting high-volume customer interactions across channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud solutions
- Deliver high-quality coding, testing, and debugging of Salesforce applications
- Support and implement major system changes and enhancements
