Salesforce Developer (Contract) - Remote LATAM Location: Remote (Open to candidates across Latin America)

Requirement: Minimum 5 hours overlap with US Pacific Time
We're seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a GTM Technology team supporting Sales, Rev Ops, and Marketing systems. This is a hands-on role requiring strong ownership, technical expertise, and the ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and troubleshoot Salesforce solutions using Apex and Flow
Support Salesforce, CPQ, and 50+ inbound integrations/APIs
Own projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering through deployment and validation
Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture decisions
Recommend technical solutions and communicate tradeoffs to stakeholders
Build and leverage AI-powered tools, workflows, and automation
