Job Title: Salesforce Support Engineer
Location: Remote, Mexico Overview We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce Support Engineer with strong production support experience to join our ITES support team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce administration, development, and support, with a proven ability to manage SLA-driven environments and on-call responsibilities. Key Details Experience:
8–9+ years in IT, including 4+ years of Salesforce experience and 3+ years in support projects Grade:
G6 or higher (or upper range of G5) Employment Type:
Full-time Shift Timing:
8 AM – 4 PM CST / 9 AM – 5 PM CST / 10 AM – 6 PM CST (flexible) On-call:
Required as per project needs Key Responsibilities Own and manage
L2/L3 Salesforce incidents
and service requests while meeting SLA targets Perform
triage, issue reproduction, root cause analysis (RCA) , and implement fixes or workarounds Debug and troubleshoot
