Apex Lightning (LWC) Service Cloud Agent Force Salesforce Voice Responsibilities
Design and develop Salesforce Voice solutions including call management, call recording, and voice analytics. Architect scalable, secure voice integration solutions leveraging Salesforce APIs and third-party services. Develop custom Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow logic for voice workflows. Implement Einstein Voice capabilities to enhance customer interactions and intelligence gathering. Integrate voice solutions with CRM data, ensuring seamless data synchronization and reporting. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for voice solutions. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
