ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer with solid experience in the Telecom industry to join our growing team in Manila. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions that power our business operations, integrations, and customer experiences. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on expertise across multiple Salesforce clouds, a strong grasp of modern development standards, and the drive to deliver high-quality solutions in a dynamic environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
•Build and maintain Industry CPQ and Communications Cloud configurations and customizations for Telecom use cases.
•Develop and maintain OmniStudio / Vlocity components including FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
