Job Description
Responsibilities
- Configure Salesforce-based SaaS solutions, including fields, page layouts, permissions, automation, and reporting
- Partner with Implementation Managers to translate customer requirements into technical solutions and delivery plans
- Build, update, and troubleshoot Salesforce automation, specifically Flow-based processes and validation rules
- Support data migration and cleanup activities using tools like Data Loader
- Configure and validate Salesforce security models, including profiles, permission sets, and sharing settings
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to identify technical gaps and enhancement requests
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs and deployment notes
