Job Description

Responsibilities

Design and implement comprehensive loyalty programs, including multi-tier memberships, earning and redemption rules, point expiration, promotions, and partner programs for complex business requirements.

Develop and configure robust solutions using Salesforce Loyalty Management Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud to support omni-channel engagement and event-driven architectures for loyalty rewards and redemptions.

Architect and implement real-time integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce Platform Events to connect with external systems such as POS, payment gateways, CRM, and partner portals.

Build and customize loyalty features using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, Flows, and OmniStudio to meet specific business needs and handle high-volume loyalty data.

Design scalable data models for transactional loyalty data (earning, redemption, balances) and optimize data flows using ETL processes.
