Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions, including significant hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, Intelligence (Datorama), and Personalization (Interaction Studio).
- Proven experience in building and optimizing customer journeys, audience segmentation, campaign automation, and personalized marketing communications across multiple channels.
- Strong knowledge of Marketing Cloud development technologies, including AMPscript, Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS), SQL, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs.
