Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to lead the functional design and configuration of a Marketing Cloud implementation for a Canadian client in a regulated industry. You'll work directly with business stakeholders to shape the campaign strategy, journey design, and data architecture, then partner with developers to bring it to life.
This role is based in Canada due to data residency requirements, and candidates must be comfortable with a client-led background check.
WHAT YOU'LL DO Functional Design & Advisory
Lead requirements workshops with marketing, CRM, and digital teams
Design customer journeys, lifecycle programmes, and campaign frameworks
Define the subscriber model, preference management, and consent strategy
Advise the client on Marketing Cloud best practices and platform capabilities
Solutioning & Configuration
Configure Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automatio...
