Salesforce QA Engineer

Position: Salesforce QA Engineer
Location: Toronto, ON
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Test Salesforce applications and business processes
• Create and execute test cases, test plans, and regression tests
• Validate Salesforce configurations, Flows, Lightning Components, and Apex functionality
• Perform functional, integration, UI, and system testing
• Track defects using JIRA and work closely with developers and business teams
• Support UAT and validate data using SOQL queries
• Participate in Agile/Scrum activities

Required Skills

• 3+ years of QA/Software Testing experience
• 2+ years of Salesforce testing experience
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
