You will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely issue resolution through effective stakeholder communication and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee critical renewals data and workflow management

• Identify needs and implement future state operational solutions
• Lead initiatives for improving data accuracy and quality
Requirements:
• 8+ years in Sales or Revenue Operations
