About The Role

Join the Digital Customer Experience team of one of New Zealand's largest retail brands to deliver a group-wide CRM transformation. You will ensure platform scalability, maintain high‑uptime production environments, and integrate digital agent service experiences into a brand‑new e‑commerce platform.

Duties

  • Lead the configuration, deployment, and ongoing enhancement of the CRM suite.
