Salesforce Service Cloud QA Tester

About the Role

You will ensure the quality, stability, and performance of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions by planning and executing tests, identifying and validating defects, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for Salesforce Service Cloud (Cases, Omni‑Channel, Knowledge, Lightning Experience, etc.).
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and end‑to‑end testing across Salesforce configurations and integrations.
  • Log, track, retest, and validate defects; partner with developers/admins to drive resolution.
  • Support test automation efforts (framework contribution, script creation/maintenance, execution, reporting).
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide timely QA status updates, risks, and recommendations.
