Buscamos un Senior Salesforce Support Engineer con más de 8 años de trayectoria en IT para unirse a nuestro equipo.
Desarrollar con la visión estratégica de soporte, asegurando la estabilidad de integraciones y satisfacción de nuestros usuarios globales.
Conocimientos- 8+ years total IT experience
- 4+ years hands‑on Salesforce experience
- 3+ years in support projects or support teams
- Strong declarative Salesforce skills
- Programmatic experience: Apex, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning
- Integration troubleshooting: REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, middleware familiarity
- CI/Deployment: SFDX / Salesforce CLI / Change Sets / Git workflows
- Data management tools: Data Loader, data import/export, data fix strategies
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, Zendesk or similar)
