Job Description
The role Salesforce Systems Administrator of will include:
Configuring Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts to support evolving business needs
Designing dashboards and reports that provide meaningful insights to the business
Providing 3rd line support for Salesforce‑related issues and leading the resolution of complex incidents
Working closely with stakeholders to analyse requirements, resolve system issues, and improve platform performance
Maintaining clear documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guidance
Ensuring compliance with data protection, security, and governance standards
Staying up to date with Salesforce releases and recommending improvements and new functionality
Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve system efficiency, scalability, and user experience
