Job Description
We’re seeking a Salesforce Development Lead to architect and deliver innovative solutions on Salesforce’s Financial Services Cloud. You’ll join a diverse, agile technical team leveraging modern development practices, scaled agile frameworks, and DevOps/SRE methodologies to build the CRM Advisor Platform of the future.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, Development & Deployment: Lead the design, development, and deployment of solutions on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical excellence.
- Technical Leadership & Mentoring: Coach, mentor, and review the work of junior developers; establish coding standards and best practices across the development team.
