Sales and Product Knowledge
- Encourage and Recommend Ella Beverages based on customer preferability, stay up-to-date on trends and new drinks.
- Actively work to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Process transactions, assist client payment, maintain a clean and organized Ella Machine and perform general tasks like restocking and inventory count and minor machine troubleshooting.
Teamwork and events
- Collaborate with the team to execute in-store events, promotions and marketing efforts.
