Job Description
Our Client, an American Multinational Clothing and Accessories Retailer company, is looking for a Sample Coordinator for their San Francisco, CA location. Responsibilities:
+ Manage and organize seasonal product samples for use by the creative studio and visual merchandising team.
+ Track sample arrivals, maintain accurate records, and communicate any delays or issues to the appropriate teams.
+ Assemble and maintain sample racks and closets to ensure accessibility and organization.
+ Support studio set preparation and maintain overall studio cleanliness and efficiency.
+ Assist with seasonal projects and coordinate sample donations in collaboration with the visual merchandising team.
+ Prioritize and manage tasks to meet deadlines and support team goals.
+ Support with photographing studio(run this thru copolit)
