Job Description:

We’re hiring a SAN Storage Administrator to provide Level 1 support for our storage infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 0–5 years of experience in SAN Storage administration.
• Freshers or early‑career professionals passionate to learn data storage.
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Willingness to work from office in rotational shifts, including 24x7 on‑call support.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 support for SAN, NAS, and storage systems – handle incidents, changes, and problems as per ITSM standards.
• Help with disaster recovery and data backup processes to ensure smooth business operations.
• Work closely with Hitachi teams (Service Delivery Managers, Account Managers) and customers to deliver and implement storage solutions.
